Can I have a trial meeting?
Of course, you can buy and test meeting for each course, if there are still places available. At the end of the trial lesson, you will evaluate with the teacher whether to continue and proceed with registration.
To set the test date you must contact our administration in advance. It is not possible to try a course by spontaneously showing up at a meeting.
If I sign up for a course, will I receive a refund for the trial meeting?
If after trying a course you decide to enroll, you will receive a €10 discount, which you can apply to the course you are enrolling in or to any other Stivaletto activity or event for the current school year (i.e. by May 31st).
For each course you sign up for you can receive a maximum of 1 discount of €10, even if you have had multiple trial meetings.
Why does the system also put the Stivaletto Family Card in my cart when I purchase a course?
The Lo Stivaletto Family Card it's the way to support the Stivaletto project.
It is valid for one year – from 1 June to 31 May of the following year – and it's necessary to enroll in courses, camps or workshops from 0 to 12 years old.
The Card also allows you and your family to:
- participate at discounted rates in activities for families and parents (parties, events, workshops);
- access extra content to entertain both children and adults;
- take advantage of the offers of our partner network.

Why does the system say that my 2023-24 Card expires in May instead of July?
To avoid unpleasant misunderstandings during the registration phase, it was necessary to change the validity dates of the Card, which starting from 2023-24 is valid from 1 June to 31 May of the following year (instead of from 1 August to 31 July).
I want to enroll in a course that has already started but the system charges me the full price. Why?
The courses for children last approximately 9 months, from September-October to June-July. During this period the price updates as follows:
- those who register by December 31st purchase the course at full price;
- for registrations from January 1st to March 31st the cost of the course is discounted by 25%;
- from April 1st to May 31st the cost is discounted by 60%.
I signed up for a course or camp: when will I know if it is confirmed or not?
In the event that within 10 days of starting of the course or camp if the minimum number of registrations has not yet been reached, we will contact those registered to propose alternative solutions.
If you do not receive any such communication, the activity is confirmed.
In the event that an activity is canceled by Lo Stivaletto it is always possible to request a full refund of the fee paid.
Can my daughter/daughter come with another person if I can't?
You can certainly be accompanied by another adult. However, it is necessary to notify the teacher in advance.
Can I receive a refund for matches I miss?
The missed meetings – due to illness, unexpected events, other – cannot be refunded.
I got tickets for an event but can't attend. What can I do?
You can notify us up to 5 days before the party/event by writing to: membri@lostivaletto.it. We will make your ticket available and we will be happy to offer you a voucher equal to 50% of the amount paid which you can use on our website for other Stivaletto activities (events, courses and camps). It is not possible to request a refund of the amount paid.
