We have une beautiful news for lovers of reading aloud: the appointments of Born to read – Amsterdam doubles and also starts at the Oba!
In fact, a cycle of eight meetings at the OBA headquarters will start on Sunday 20 November, in Oosterdok, near the central station. The most beautiful stories in Italian for boys and girls up to 8 years are waiting for you from 11 to 11.45 in the dedicated area. Admission is free.
The appointments fit into the schedule “Opgroeien met verhalen in alle talen” developed by the library and will continue, every third Sunday of the month, until June 2023.
In the meantime, the readings for boys and girls up to 6 years of age also continue at the De Amsterdamse Boekhandel bookstore. The next appointment is this Saturday 12 November from 10 to 10.30.
Born to Read – The Netherlands is an initiative aimed at promoting reading aloud in Italian for children living in the Netherlands. This project is carried out in numerous cities thanks to the commitment of Italian native-speaking educators and parents.
